Heather Barrera is a Broker Manager and Team Leader at GK Properties, although originally
from Central Coast, CA, Heather considers herself a Las Vegas native having lived here
with her family since 1993. She prides herself in her passionate and heartfelt drive to serve
her clients’ best interests. She has been involved in every aspect of residential real estate
from brand new developments, sales and resales to managing one of the largest singlefamily
rental portfolios in the city since 2004. Heather drives the company forward with
